The M.Tech Degree in VLSI & Embedded Systems is offerd by the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering. The course leading to the degree of Master of Technology will span a period of four semester (2 Years). The span of a semester will be six months including the university examination.

Eligibility:
Eligibility will be subject to the rules and regulations of Mahatma Gandhi University / AICTE
- The candidates should have studied in the Graduate course in an institution approved by the AICTE / Deemed Universities.
- Candidate with valid GATE score
- The candidates shall have Degree in respective branches of engineering awarded by the Universities of Kerala or equivalent.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the engineering degree examination.
- Admission will be purely based on merit. For non gate candidates marks of eligible degree will be considered for merit.
- Candidate who have degree awarded from Universities other than M.G University shall submit Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University as well as Migration Certificate at the time of admission.
