MANAGEMENT CONCLAVE

SJCET School of Management marked its excellence by the fifth edition of National level Management conclave "Sargasadhana, 2011" on 2nd and 3rd November, 2011.The event was inaugurated by a national seminar by Shri E. Nandakumar, Executive Director of Kochi Refinery, Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd on the theme 'Turning Potential into Performance'. He spoke on  how Knowledge, Skills, Values and Competence can be inculcated to bring out the maximum potential of Team. The event was presided by Chairman Msgr Philip Njaralakatt. Around 22 colleges took part in this mega event. All the participants took each event with a challenge and team spirit and proved their potential by winning various events. DCSMAT won the overall championship trophy of 'Sargasadhana 11'. Arun S. Nair of SB College is the Best Manager of the event.

The curtain of 'Sargasadhana 11' was pulled down by a valedictory function presided by Msgr Philip Njaralakatt. Mr. Anil Abraham, Regional Manager, Anglo American Tobacco Company, Dubai (Alumni SJCET 2008 Batch) was the invited guest for the event. He spoke on how each individual can build up their career by own effort despite of the institution they are studied. Ciby Varghese, Student coordinator of "Sargasadhana 11" gave the vote of thanks.
